It still is

A series of performative actions in urban feral spaces in Fredrikstad, areas lying fallow awaiting new development, which in the meantime have become habitats for, among others, threatened bird species.

The performances are filmed from two perspectives: from above, like the gaze of urban planning, and from the ground, through the body’s direct encounter with the place.

The work addresses who gets to see, move through and define the city’s temporary spaces.
